Board and Train

With the board & train option we offer a program where your dog can go to “camp” and stay with a trainer for training. While boarding with the trainer in their home, your dog would learn obedience commands and/or work on specific behaviors. This allows your dog to get a personalized training program delivered by an experienced trainer in a safe, humane and effective manner. It’s a good option for people who don’t have the time necessary to invest in the amount of training their dog needs or when an experienced trainer can achieve results more quickly and efficiently. The training period would be 2-4 weeks long and then followed by several lessons to help your dog generalize the training to the owner. While this option can be very productive, it’s also necessary for us to have a in depth discussion about your needs and expectations.
